About ICS Triplex ICS Triplex is a Rockwell Automation company which designs, manufactures and supplies innovative integrated safety and control solutions, as well as providing advanced engineering design services and contract management services to industries on a global scale. We have offices around the world with the main centres being located in the UK (Maldon, Horsham & Aberdeen), Houston, Singapore and the Middle East. How the programme works The Global Graduate Engineering Programme lasts up to five years, providing development and training that ranges from theoretical education to on-site practical experience at both on-shore and off-shore project installations. The programme provides the basis for further professional development within ICS Triplex, as well as a basis for the pursuit of the Chartered Engineer (CEng) accreditation or in country equivalent. It is a requirement of the development programme that engineers are actively pursuing CEng status. Development and training primarily takes the form of project and department placements within the organisation with defined training requirements, and comprises:
